Individual therapy
Our approach is integrative, drawing eclectically from a range of therapeutic models including humanistic, psychodynamic, Neuroscientific, Gestalt, and cognitive behavioural therapy. This allows us to tailor our work to your individual needs rather than relying on a single method. At different times, you may need a compassionate listening ear, support in processing your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, or helpful psychoeducation to better understand what you are going through. Therapy can also involve exploring relational patterns to understand why you think, feel, and respond in certain ways, and how you can move beyond patterns that no longer serve you. At Conscious Contemplation, we provide a safe and supportive space that fosters self-expression and reflection, while remaining attuned to your unique needs and personal journey.
